What to do when the words won't flow

For so long, I've relied on writing as a form of self-care and believe in the power of writing to help you heal connect with your inner wisdom and answer your toughest issues.

If you're looking for a writing prompt to help you find your voice, check out these creative writing prompts. They are designed to get you thinking and writing about what's important to you.

Choose one (or more) of the writing prompts below and set a timer for ten minutes. Write whatever comes to mind, without stopping or censoring yourself. Let the words flow and see where they take you.

It's also one of the most accessible means of self-expression ever created. It's portable, cheap to maintain, and helps you get rid of unwanted thoughts so you can hear your inner voice more clearly.
